             e invite and welcome you and your family to the Ella Palmer Chapter #9, Mississippi Society Order of                           Confederate Rose established in Indianola, Mississippi in 1998.  The Ella Palmer Chapter is the largest  
            OCR Chapter in the state.  Our Chapter meets on the third Thursday of each month at the First Presbyterian Curch in Indianola, MS on Catchings Street.  Our meetings are very family oriented with fellowship starting at
6:45 P.M. and our business meeting at 7:00 P.M. is always open to the public.

The Order of the Black Rose is a volunteer Order within the Mississippi Society Order of Confederate Rose to perpetuate the persona of a War Between the States widow at SCV functions, memorial services, grave dedications, etc.; and is open to any dues-paying member of the MSOCR (no additional dues required).
